Individual Anxiety Counseling
for Adults

Counseling Services

I specialize in individual counseling for women and members of the LGBTQ community who want freedom from stress and anxiety. I do not work with couples or children under age 18, and I do not specialize in depression or addiction. Choose between in-person or video couseling sesssions each time. You must be physically located in Texas during online sessions.

I do my best work with clients looking to calm anxiety, including stress related to life events (past or present), panic attacks, OCD, PTSD, phobias or fears, and generalized anxiety. Together we will create a plan to help calm your mind and get to the root of anxiety.

Appointments are typically 50-minutes, but you can select longer sessions depending on your needs. The first session will be devoted to developing a treatment plan based on your individual needs and goals.

I do not accept insurance. I can provide forms for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement for any out-of-network benefits. Read more info here.
