Online Therapy in Texas
Online Therapy with a Texas Licensed Counselor

You don't have to be in the same city as your therapist to do meaningful work.

I'm Kathryn Soule, PhD, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I've been licensed since 2014, and I continue to provide therapy to adult women who are physically located in Texas through secure online sessions.

Although I now live in France, Texas is still home for me. I maintain my Texas Licensed Professional Counselor license and continue to provide telehealth therapy to clients who are physically located in Texas. I'm genuinely glad that I can continue providing therapy to people there through telehealth.

My work focuses on anxiety and the deeper patterns underneath it, including OCD, panic, trauma, phobias, self-doubt, and avoidance.
Therapy From the Comfort of Your Own Home
Online therapy can make it easier to get the support you need without adding another appointment, commute, or logistical hurdle to your week. You can meet with me from your own home, office, or another private location in Texas.
Â
The work itself doesn't need to feel distant just because we're meeting through a screen. We can still slow down, pay attention to what's happening beneath the surface, and work together toward meaningful change.
Â
For many people, that familiar environment can actually make it easier to settle in and focus on the work.

Because I now live in France, my Texas telehealth appointments are scheduled during morning hours in Central Time.
Monday through Friday approximately 7:00–10:00 a.m. Central Standard Time. This schedule allows me to continue working with Texas clients while living and practicing in France.
Â
For Texas telehealth sessions, you must be physically located in Texas at the time of your appointment.

A Little About Me
I'm Kathryn Soule, PhD, an anxiety specialist and Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. I've spent more than 15 years working with people through some of the most difficult and vulnerable periods of their lives.
Â
My work has increasingly focused on helping people understand the deeper emotional patterns behind anxiety and other reactions they can't seem to change through insight and willpower alone. My approach draws from IFS, EMDR, and an understanding of neuroscience and how to help the brain update old patterns using memory reconsolidation. .

I recently moved from Texas to Paris, but I'm happy to continue working with the Texas clients I've cared for over the years and with new clients throughout the state.
